1. Shipping Scope
Security Mia (operated by Platon Technology INC.) ships to customers across the United States. We aim to provide high-quality security technology directly from our specialized global suppliers to your door.
2. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
3. Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
We offer Standard Shipping on all orders. Due to our dropshipping model, which allows us to offer competitive pricing on advanced technology:
* Estimated delivery time: 7 to 15 business days.
* Please note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Factors such as customs processing or carrier delays may affect final delivery dates.
4. Multiple Packages
If you order multiple items (e.g., a biometric safe and a set of security cameras), they may ship from different specialized warehouses. As a result, your items may arrive in separate packages and on different days. You will receive a tracking number for each shipment.
5. How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
6. Shipping to P.O. Boxes
Some of our larger items, such as Safety Deposit Boxes, cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes due to size and carrier restrictions. Please provide a physical address for delivery.
7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Security Mia is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
