1. Physical Products (E-commerce & Dropshipping)
We accept returns on physical products (such as security cameras, sensors, and accessories) within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original, sealed packaging. Items that have been installed or mounted are not eligible for return.
2. Important: Dropshipping Returns
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or the address on the shipping label. To initiate a return, contact us at support@miasecurity.com. We will provide you with the correct return address for our authorized inspection center in Miami.
3. Custom Projects & Safety Deposit Boxes
Due to their weight, technical complexity, and personalized nature, all sales of Safety Deposit Boxes (Safes) are final once they have been professionally installed. For custom woodworking or security builds, all deposits are non-refundable once materials have been purchased.
4. Service Calls & Installation Fees
Diagnostic fees (Service Calls) and labor fees for completed installations are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule or cancel an on-site visit, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
5. Shipping Costs & Restocking Fees
The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning non-defective items. These costs are non-refundable. Returns of non-defective items may also be subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover processing and operational costs.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
